In Mobility Work, an individual task allows you to manually create a work request outside of any maintenance plan.
This article explains when, where, and how to create an individual task, as well as the information you need to fill in.
What is an individual task?
An individual task is:
- manually created by a user;
- used for one-off or unplanned interventions;
- independent of any maintenance plan.
👉 Unlike tasks generated from a maintenance plan, it is not automatically created.
Where can you create an individual task?
You can create an individual task from several locations in Mobility Work:
- the side menu, via the « + » button;
- the news feed;
- the list of equipment or spare parts;
- the equipment or spare part detail page;
- the mobile app, after scanning a QR code.
Steps to create an individual task
- Click the « + » button from one of the available locations.
- Fill in the task information.
- (Optional) Enable email notifications for assigned users.
