The Scheduler (equipment) feature is an essential task planning and management tool that allows users to view and manage the tasks of multiple pieces of equipment simultaneously. It provides a comprehensive view of upcoming tasks, making it easier to manage time and resources.
How to view tasks from different equipment at the same time?
To view your tasks, simply apply the filters, including the equipment whose tasks you wish to view.
To make this easier, if you want to see all equipment with the same tag, you can select a label, and all the equipment linked to that label will appear together.
For example, to view all the equipment on a production line at the same time, you can easily select the tag that connects them, as shown in the example below.
In addition to this, you can always use the various filters to refine your search.
How to reschedule tasks from the calendar?
You can also move tasks to reschedule them according to your team's needs. This helps optimize productivity and the efficiency of maintenance operations.
Simply drag the task from its scheduled date to another by scrolling the calendar left or right to reach the desired date.
Moving a task changes its scheduled date and may result in a status change, thus altering its color.
Note: Tasks linked to a maintenance plan cannot be moved to a date earlier than the last task date or later than the next task date.
Note that tasks belonging to a maintenance plan, unlike individual tasks, have a calendar icon next to their description, making them easier to distinguish.
