This feature provides an overview of tasks assigned to multiple people or teams at the same time, all within a calendar format that you can adapt to a monthly, weekly, or daily view.
This allows for better team collaboration and more efficient task management. With this calendar view, it's easy to spot tasks that are overdue or scheduled for the upcoming days. Additionally, it helps in distributing tasks among team members by showing who has too many tasks or who might take on more.
How to view the tasks of multiple people or teams at once?
Simply select the names of the technicians whose tasks you want to view, and use the filter panel (labels, task type, monthly or daily view, etc.) to display tasks and maintenance plans.
You can choose to view all tasks assigned to any of the selected people (select the Or filter on the right) or only the tasks assigned to all selected people (select And on the right).
You can also choose to view the tasks assigned to one or more teams. As with colleagues, you can choose to view the tasks assigned to one of the selected teams (by selecting Or on the right), or those assigned to all the selected teams (by selecting And on the right).
If a task has been assigned to a colleague because it is assigned to a team they belong to, these tasks are surrounded by a dotted line.
By default, the task list displays team names with their members listed underneath, ensuring your task management remains well-organized. Users can expand the list of team members at any time by clicking on the box icon, as shown below.

How to modify the assignee of tasks from the calendar?
The calendar view allows you to drag and drop tasks horizontally (from one date to another) or vertically (from one assignee to another).
When you move a task from one assignee to another, the application will ask if you want to reassign the task or add an additional assignee.
Note that tasks belonging to a maintenance plan, unlike individual tasks, have a calendar icon next to their description, making them easier to distinguish.
