This feature allows you to specify the spare parts needed for an individual task. By defining the parts and quantities required in advance, teams can more easily prepare for the intervention and anticipate stock needs for planned tasks.

When creating an individual task, an administrator or technician can indicate the spare parts required for the intervention.
Defining these parts in advance makes it easier to prepare the task, as the person responsible for the intervention knows exactly which parts need to be prepared.
The spare parts to be prepared are also taken into account when planning stock for interventions scheduled during the current week and the following week. For more information, please refer to this article: How to forecast the required stock for the next period?
How to add spare parts to provide?
The user can add spare parts to provide when creating or modifying a task. It’s important to note that adding these parts is not mandatory.
Simply click on the + button in the dedicated section and select the spare part by typing its name or item code.
If a spare part is selected in the Spare parts to provide section, the required quantity must also be specified.
How to modify a spare part to provide?
If the quantity of a spare part to provide needs to be modified, the user can do so by clicking the pencil icon next to the part.
The field with the quantity to prepare will become editable.
It is also possible to view the related part by clicking on the eye icon available on the right.
The page with the part will open in a separate tab.
How to delete a spare part to provide?
It is possible to delete a spare part to provide from any task that has not yet been completed.
To do this, simply click on the red trash can button. You will need to confirm this action for it to be applied.

The list of spare parts to be provided is then created based on the tasks planned for the current and next week.
