This feature allows you to specify the spare parts needed for an individual task. By defining the parts and quantities required in advance, teams can more easily prepare for the intervention and anticipate stock needs for planned tasks.
Available for
- Roles: Administrator, Technician, Production (if task creator)
- Plans: Premium, Advanced, Enterprise
When creating an individual task, an administrator, a technician, or a Production user (on tasks they created) can indicate the spare parts required for the intervention.
Defining these parts in advance makes it easier to prepare the task, as the person responsible for the intervention knows exactly which parts need to be prepared.
The spare parts to be prepared also feed the stockroom forecasts, over the period of your choice, up to three months.
