To access spare parts search, you must go to the Spare Parts menu available in the left sidebar.
Simply enter your search keywords in the dedicated search bar to display the list of corresponding equipment. The search will be conducted on the following data:
- spare part article code
- spare part name
- spare part description
- spare part cost center
You will find the complete list of spare parts available in your network.
What information about the spare part is displayed in the result?
In the search results preview, you will be able to view the following information:
- Spare part name (point 1 in the image below)
- Description (point 2)
- Article code (3)
- Associated tags (4)
- Spare part stock (6)
- Cost center (7)
- Location (8)
- Unit price (9)
A small calendar symbol indicates if a maintenance plan is available for the equipment (5). You will also see the QR code (11) of the equipment and will have the option to quickly create a maintenance task using the "+" symbol (10).
The last button on the right (12) allows you to inventory or restock the spare part with one click directly from the search page.
What filters are available for my spare parts search?
You can search among all spare parts or filter those that have a maintenance plan, meaning those that do not have one (points 1, 2, and 3 in the image below).
It is also possible to specify the cost center of the spare part to refine your search (point 4).
Regarding the labels, you can select one or more labels associated with the spare parts (point 5), or choose labels that are not related to the search results (6). Additionally, you can filter based on labels that relate not only to the spare part itself but also to tasks associated with this part (7).
You can refine the search by selecting a specific location (8), minimum (9) or maximum (10) quantity, and minimum (11) or maximum (12) price per part.
The filter Stock is below minimum threshold allows you to view only out-of-stock parts (13).
Finally, you can choose whether to include only active parts in your search or also archived parts (14).
Once your filters are selected, you have the option to save them if you perform this search regularly. To do this, click the Save Filters button on the right. You will then be able to apply these filters with one click during your next searches by accessing the options in the Saved Filters section.
