How to export
- Open the search for the data you want to export (tasks, activities, equipment, spare parts, or maintenance plans).
- Apply filters and, if needed, enter a search term: the export uses exactly the current filters and search term.
- Click the Download button, then choose the file format (CSV, Excel, or PDF depending on the data).
- The export is generated in the background: the file is not downloaded instantly. You receive an email and an in-app notification with the link to download the file.
