You can access a colleague's calendar from the Agenda section in the left-hand menu of the screen.
By default, the Agenda feature displays the tasks of the currently logged-in user. You can choose to view the tasks of another colleague by using the filters.
How to view other colleagues’ or teams’ tasks in the calendar?
Click on Filters, select the dropdown list in the corresponding field, and choose the colleague or the team whose calendar you want to view. First are shown the teams, then colleagues.
Then, to refine your search, you can apply other filters. For more information about the filters, please refer to this article.
How to view multiple users' calendars at once?
Please note that we also have a dedicated feature that allows you to display multiple calendars at once and move tasks to better organize the team's day with a simple "drag and drop." This feature is available for administrators only. To learn more, please visit this link.
