The list of all network users is available in the Colleagues and teams menu. This page allows administrators to invite, modify, delete, and generally manage colleagues.
What Information is Visible on the Page?
All invited users as well as those who have already joined the network are listed here.
Each user is presented with details such as their first and last name, role, email address, assigned labels, and hourly rate.
The search bar at the top of the page allows you to search for a user by their first and last name or email address.
Action buttons are available on the right side of each user, and these vary depending on the user's status: whether they are an invitee (who has not yet accepted the invitation and joined the network) or a user who has already logged in to the network.
What Actions Can Be Taken on Users?
The button with the pencil icon allows you to modify an existing user. This action allows you to change the user's email, labels, role, and password. However, it is not possible to modify an invitee who has not yet logged into the network. For more details, click here.
On the other hand, deletion is possible for both invitees and users. To learn more, please refer to this article.
The button with the letter icon is available only for invitees and allows the invitation email to be easily resent to them.
