It is entirely possible to integrate a new colleague into your professional network using our member addition feature. This functionality is available on the Colleagues page, which can be easily accessed from the navigation menu on the left side of your screen.
Once you are on this page, you will see a button labeled Add a colleague. By clicking this button, you can select the appropriate profile for your new colleague from a list of predefined roles.
The next step is to enter the user's details. You will be asked to provide the user's email address, first name, and last name. You can also put the user in an existing team so that they are automatically assigned to all tasks where that team is associated.
Once you have entered these details, an email will be automatically sent to the new user. This email will contain detailed instructions on how to log in to the platform. The user will then be able to start interacting with other network members and contribute to the community.
If your colleague did not receive the invitation email, it would be a good idea to check if the email was redirected to their spam folder.

How Can I Tell if My Colleague Has Logged In?
If your colleague has accepted the invitation, their name, surname, and role will be displayed in the colleagues' list.
If they have not logged in, they will appear as an invited user, not a regular user, with no name but only the role. An icon next to their role will indicate that they have not yet accepted the invitation.
How to Remove an Invited User or Cancel an Invitation?
If your colleague has not accepted the invitation, you can delete this invitation by clicking on the delete button on the right. They will no longer be able to log in to the application.
If My Colleague Cannot Find the Invitation Email, How Can I Resend It?
You always have the option to resend an invitation to someone who has already been invited by simply clicking the mail icon on the right.
If you resend the invitation to the same user, they will receive an email with a new temporary password. The previous password will no longer be valid.
