Integrating all your users from an Excel file is a simple and effective process. You can complete this task by following a few easy steps.
First, you will need to fill in the import template specially designed for this purpose, available here. This template includes a tab dedicated to users where you can enter the necessary information for each user.
In this template, you are asked to provide the first name, last name, email address, and profile type of each user. These details will ensure accurate and complete integration of your users into our system.
Once you have completed the import template with your users' information, you can send the Excel file back to us by emailing support. We will process the data into your existing user database as soon as possible and notify you when it’s done.
Once the users are created, you can view them from the Colleagues and teams menu.
