Use cases for labels in user management
Are you considering structuring your users by assigning them specific labels based on their function or role within the organization, such as electromechanic, welder, and so on?

In our system, it is entirely possible to add labels to users, a tool that can greatly improve user management and communication within your organization.
How to apply labels to users?
To add labels, start by accessing the Colleagues menu. There, you will find a list of your colleagues. Click on the profile of the colleague you wish to assign one or more labels to. Once you have opened their profile, you can select the label or labels you want to assign to them.
You can choose from existing labels, or create your own for more personalized labeling.
There are no restrictions on the number of labels you can assign to a user, giving you maximum flexibility to organize and categorize your team as you wish.
