Quickly find an export
- Export tasks → available for all roles, from the task list (CSV, Excel, PDF)
- Export activities → available for all roles, from the activity list
- Export equipment → available for Admin, Technician, and Production
- Export spare parts → available from equipment search
- Export stock movements → available for Admin and Technician from the dashboard
- Export meter readings → available for Admin and Technician
- Export users → available for Admin only
- Export labels / tags → available for Admin only
- Generate a PDF work report → available for all roles from a task
Data not available for export
Exports are not available for:
- Maintenance plans
- Checklists (OK / NOK results)
- Companies / Suppliers
- Teams
- Documents / attachments
How exports work
- Exports are generated in the background
- You receive an email and an in-app notification with a download link
- The file is not downloaded instantly
Known limitations
- PDF export limited to 10,000 items
- Generation time: up to 20 minutes
If an export fails, try to reduce the time range or apply filters.
