Label
A labe is a tag that allows you to customize a set of information (maintenance interventions, equipment, users, etc.) within the Mobility Work CMMS, providing more detailed insights into your maintenance tasks.
Labels allow you to classify and add additional attributes to equipment and interventions. For example, you can tag all your lifting equipment, or all the equipment on line 12, or even critical devices or those requiring regulatory inspections.
The list of labels is easily customizable by the administrator in the "Labels" section of the side menu.

Task
A task is the equivalent of a work order, job ticket, or service request. A task corresponds to a maintenance intervention.
A task describes an issue or an action to be performed. It includes a description, the name of the equipment concerned, the assigned personnel, attached labels, and an end date.
Activity
An activity is an action performed by a technician. It is the equivalent of an intervention report. It is associated with the date of completion and the time spent on the intervention.
For example:
- Task description: frequent malfunction of the system.
- Activity performed: pressure sensor replacement.
We can say that the task corresponds to the problem, and the activity corresponds to its solution.
Maintenance Plan
A maintenance plan is a tool used to schedule a set of operations based on various criteria, which can be time-based or external to the system (e.g., machine running hours). It is an essential element of maintenance services, ensuring the proper functioning of industrial assets, regulatory checks, etc.
In Mobility Work CMMS, this term also includes both maintenance plans and maintenance procedures.
Checklist
Checklists in Mobility Work are essential tools for standardizing and optimizing maintenance processes. They allow users to create task lists to be executed during interventions on equipment. Checklists ensure a methodical execution of maintenance procedures, improving work quality, operational safety, and compliance with regulatory standards.
Custom Fields
Custom fields in Mobility Work give users the ability to define and track specific and relevant information for their operations and maintenance processes. These fields can be configured directly on equipment to record precise data not covered by predefined fields. For example, they can capture details such as serial numbers, technical specifications, supplier information, and more. This feature allows maximum customization to each company’s specific needs, enhancing the effective management of industrial assets.
Counters
In Mobility Work, counters play a crucial role as tools for tracking and managing maintenance-related activities. They allow you to measure and record various parameters such as equipment running hours, material consumption, associated costs, etc. This data is vital for planning interventions, optimizing resource usage, and analyzing the overall performance of the maintenance system. In short, counters in Mobility Work enable informed decision-making and contribute to more efficient management of industrial assets.
Network
In the context of the Mobility Work CMMS, a network represents a strategic organizational unit. This unit is directly linked to the effective and precise management of your plant.
In this regard, a network is an essential workspace for all team members. It is within this collaborative environment that your daily maintenance activities are managed, analyzed, and improved.
It is also important to note that the features available for each network are determined by the network's subscription. Subscription options range from Starter to Premium and On demand, each offering a unique and progressive set of features to meet the specific needs of your plant. To learn more, please visit here.
