How to Delete a Team

Available for:

• Roles: Administrator
• Plans: Starter, Premium, On demand

Steps to Delete a Team

1. Open the team modal of the team you want to delete.
2. Click the three-dot button in the top-right corner of the modal.
3. Select Delete Team from the dropdown menu.

Conditions for Deleting a Team

• A team can only be deleted if it is not assigned to any task.
• If the team is still associated with one or more tasks:
  • the delete button will be greyed out
  • an information message will appear explaining why deletion is not possible

Tip: Before deleting a team, make sure it is no longer used in any task or maintenance plan. You can unassign the team from all existing tasks to enable deletion.
