The Colleagues page in the Teams menu lists all network users and allows administrators to manage members: invite, modify, delete, and organize users.
Page Overview
On this page, you will find:
- All invited and active users on the network.
- For each user:
- First and last name
- Role
- Email address
- Assigned labels
- Hourly rate
The search bar allows you to quickly find a user by their name, surname, or email address.
Action buttons are located on the right side of each user and vary depending on their status:
- Invited: has not yet accepted the invitation or joined the network.
- Active user: has logged into the network.
Available Actions per User
Edit a User

✏️ Edit icon:
- Allows modification of the user’s email, labels, role, and password.
- Note: Invited users who haven’t logged in cannot be edited.
Delete a User

- Available for both invited and active users.
- This action is permanent.

Resend an Invitation

- Available only for invited users.
- Quickly resend the invitation by email.
