In the Mobility Work application, the "Linked Equipment" and "Linked Spare Parts" tabs are sections that allow you to view the relationships and dependencies between different elements of the asset and maintenance management system. Here is what these tabs represent:
-
Linked Equipment:
- This tab shows the equipment that is directly linked to the main equipment you are viewing. These may include auxiliary equipment, subcomponents, or other devices that are directly or indirectly dependent on the main equipment.
For example, if you are viewing a hydraulic press, the linked equipment could include a hydraulic system, safety devices, pressure sensors, etc.
-
Linked Spare Parts:
- This tab presents the spare parts associated with the main equipment. These are specific replacement parts used for the maintenance, repair, or replacement of parts of the equipment.
- Each spare part listed in this tab is typically associated with a detailed record that includes information such as part number, description, available quantities, suppliers, etc.
- Linked spare parts allow users to plan supplies, manage inventory, and ensure the availability of the necessary parts to keep the equipment in good working condition.
In summary, the Linked Equipment and Linked Spare Parts tabs in Mobility Work provide a structured view of the relationships and resources associated with a specific piece of equipment, thus facilitating the effective management of assets and maintenance operations within an organization.
