Labels or tags allow you to customize all the information in the CMMS Mobility Work to obtain a precise analysis of your maintenance operations.
Only administrators can create labels.
For equipment management, the use of labels is very practical.
For example, you can create labels corresponding to a "production line," enabling effective categorization of your machines based on their specific role in the production process.
Additionally, labels can be used to tag machines in relation to regulatory standards. This can help ensure compliance by providing quick and easy identification of machines subject to certain regulations or standards.
Furthermore, identifying machines as "critical machines" can be done through the use of labels. This is particularly useful for maintenance planning and risk management, as it allows you to quickly identify machines that are essential for production operations.
It is important to note that the labeling system is not limited to these examples. It offers great flexibility and can be adapted to many other scenarios, providing a wide range of possibilities to assist in equipment management.
Labels are often used for regulatory equipment, equipment under contract, or processes to which a given piece of equipment belongs. They also help standardize all of your data if you are part of an industrial group with several factories located in different countries, for example.
There is no limit to the number of labels you can add to an equipment file.
