The "Task Analysis" menu of the Dashboard shows how much time your team spent on interventions, how many tasks and activities were carried out, and on which equipment, cost centers, users or tags.
At the top of the page, the "By" selector offers three views: "Intervention time", "Number of tasks" and "Number of activities". The three views use the same filters and the same layout: only the measure used in the rankings and charts changes.
Filter the data
Click "Display more filters" to open the filter panel. The selected filters apply to all three views.
- You can choose the period and the date type: by default, the period is based on the scheduled date of the tasks, but you can use the creation date or the end date of the tasks.
- You can choose which task statuses to include.
- You can filter by users assigned to the tasks and by users who carried out the activities.
- You can filter by task tags, choosing whether tasks must have all the selected tags or at least one of them.
- You can filter by equipment and by cost center.
- You can display only tasks generated by a maintenance plan, or only the other tasks.
⚠️ With the default date type, each task is counted only once, in the period that contains its scheduled date. An activity carried out in March on a task scheduled in February therefore does not appear in an analysis of March. To understand differences with other pages, see the article Difference between time recorded in Activities and in the Dashboard.
Read the summary
The doughnut chart breaks tasks down by status: completed, ongoing, planned, late, late and started, and canceled. The percentage of each status is shown on the chart, and the exact number of tasks appears when you hover over it. Click a status in the legend to show or hide it.
For the selected filters, the summary cards show the total number of tasks, the total number of activities, the total time spent and an average intervention time.
The meaning of each status is explained in the article What is the "Users" tab in the Task Status dashboard?.
