3D models in documents

Keep the 3D model of a part or piece of equipment at hand to prepare an intervention or an order. STEP, STL, 3MF, OBJ and MTL formats can be attached to tasks, maintenance plans, equipment and spare parts.

Checklists: get your view back after a reload

Pick up the checklist list you are viewing, without redoing your searches each time. The search, label filters and current page are kept on reload or when navigating back, and a filtered list can be shared by link or bookmarked.

Spare parts: see the parts on order

View separately the parts already ordered from your suppliers and not yet received, so you don't order them a second time. An "On order" filter is available in the parts list, next to "Stock below minimum"; both can be combined and the export follows the filter.

Partners API: track the interventions carried out

Match the alerts from your production lines with the interventions actually performed. The Partners API lets you read a task's activities (who did what, and when), including counter readings with their unit, and consumed parts with their cost centre.

Equipment record: "Maintenance plans" tab

See at a glance which maintenance plans cover a piece of equipment and when the next one is due. The new tab lists all the equipment's plans, and one click opens the plan in a new tab. Beta feature, rolled out progressively. Contact support to enable it.

Linked equipment and parts: link direction and graph view

Understand how your equipment and parts depend on one another: which item contains or feeds the other. The direction of each link is shown and can be reversed without deleting and recreating the link, and a graph view complements the list and tree views. Beta feature, rolled out progressively. Checklists: task closing conditioned on the checklist

Make sure no task is closed before its checks have been carried out. A network setting lets you require that a task's checklist be completed before the task can be closed. Beta feature. Contact support to enable it.

AI summary: insufficient history

Avoid relying on an unrepresentative summary. When an equipment has fewer than 3 recent tasks, the AI summary is no longer generated and a banner explains that the history is insufficient. Beta feature. Contact support to enable it.

Scheduling: easier rescheduling by drag and drop

Reschedule your tasks faster and with fewer mistakes. In the new scheduling view, the hovered task is highlighted, days where a plan task cannot be dropped are hatched, and dragging a task to the edge of the screen scrolls the schedule faster. A task dropped on another date no longer returns to its original place. Beta feature. Contact support to enable it.

Improvements and bug fixes

Spare parts

sorting on the Price column ranks amounts by value, with parts without a price at the end of the list,
when duplicating a part, the item code is empty and required; other fields remain pre-filled.

Search

typing a number contained in a reference finds the part or equipment again, without noise ("400V" no longer returns "420V"),
equipment search pages display faster.

Planning

with the "Detailed view", the "all day" area has a limited height and scrolls: the hours grid is no longer pushed off screen.

News feed

a saved filter applies as soon as the news feed opens,
a newly created spare part is presented as a spare part, not as equipment.

Purchase orders

the supplier selector loads further suppliers as you scroll, beyond the first 20,
supplier names mixing letters, digits and punctuation are found everywhere a supplier can be searched.

Bulk actions

the bulk actions bar keeps its stock value visible when only one part is checked,
completing, reopening or cancelling several tasks from search works again, applies only to the displayed tasks, and the success counter is accurate.

Users and login

the "Session expired" message only appears on a genuine session expiry,
the email field is cleared when unchecking "my colleague has no email": the account is no longer created with a fake address.
