New features
Default assignees
Administrators can define default assignees for new tasks created on the network.
- When creating a task, the network's default assignees are pre-filled automatically, but remain fully editable (add / remove freely).
- An explanatory note indicates that these assignees come from the network settings and can be modified. It disappears as soon as the selection is changed.
- An information banner reminds users, both when creating and editing assignees, that default assignees can be configured at the network level. Its link opens the settings in a new tab, without losing any changes in progress.
Purchase orders
This feature is now available for all networks.
Create, confirm, ship and receive your spare part purchase orders, with progress tracking, completion and archiving. The module includes PDF export with built-in preview, supplier reference management, a detailed event history and a network address book.
Purchase orders are accessible from spare part records, the task creation form and the news feed.
Parts cart in procurement
You can now add a spare part to a purchase order directly from its record or from the list. The cart is kept as you move between pages.
Shareable links in the Measurements module
Filters and views in the Measurements module are synced with the page address: links can be shared and the page reloaded without losing the current context.
Custom fields in search
Custom fields now appear on equipment and spare part search result cards, with priority given to the fields that matched the search.
Custom fields in CSV exports
Custom fields are now included in the CSV exports of equipment and spare parts.
Filling in custom fields via the Partner API
Custom fields can now be filled in when creating a spare part through the partner API.

Improvements and fixes
Recurring tasks: temporary planning horizon
As the recurring task planning module is being improved, recurring fixed date maintenance plan tasks are currently only displayed up to D+3. This reduced horizon is temporary and will be extended once the work is complete. In the meantime, the agenda remains the source of truth for viewing all your scheduled recurring tasks.
Miscellaneous
- the decimal comma is now interpreted according to the user's language in the Measurements module,
- when a deployment happens during an active session, the page now reloads automatically instead of showing an error,
- the icon and text are correctly aligned in the notifications list.
