Discover the new features and improvements deployed in Mobility Work in September 2026.
New features
Maintenance plan export to CSV and Excel
The maintenance plan list can be exported to CSV and Excel, for audit, sharing with a principal, or verifying asset coverage. Beta feature — contact support to enable it.
Network integration history
A dedicated screen shows what client systems have sent and what the CMMS has done with it: inbound API calls and outbound webhooks, grouped by reason, with their payload and the outcome of each upsert batch. Restricted to network administrators. Beta feature — contact support to enable it.
Linking a task to an existing task
A task can now be linked to an already existing task, without having to create a new one just to establish the link.
Hiding tasks by label in the schedule
Tasks carrying a given label can be hidden from the calendar and schedulers.
Team lane state remembered in the scheduler
The scheduler reopens with team lanes collapsed or expanded according to the user's last choice, including after a saved filter is applied.
Add to purchase order from forecast requirements
Parts can be added to a purchase order directly from the forecast requirements page, without re-entering quantities. A banner also surfaces pending requirements from the spare parts search. Beta feature — contact support to enable it.
Unique item codes per network
A network can now require that an item code designates only one spare part. The interface, import and API will then reject a code already in use. Networks created from now on start with this constraint active.
Explicit confirmation before a bulk action
A bulk action now requires explicit confirmation of its scope before executing, to prevent unintended changes across a set of items. Beta feature — contact support to enable it.
AI summary — improvements
The summary now displays the equipment name, shows a beta label, and can be copied in one click. Generator unavailability is now explicitly announced. Beta feature — contact support to enable it.
Improvements and bug fixes
Search
- a numeric fragment extracted from a reference again finds the corresponding part or equipment,
- a reference containing a separator, or the start of an equipment name, returns results again instead of returning nothing.
Spare parts
- resetting a stock threshold to zero actually removes it: stock-out alerts for a part whose threshold has been removed disappear,
- a CSV import without a threshold clears the existing threshold, and threshold deletion is possible via the API,
- deleting equipment immediately releases its item code,
- on a printed QR code label, the location and external reference stay within the label frame instead of overflowing onto the neighbouring label.
Dashboard and analytics
- a task is counted in the period of its scheduled date, not in every period it spans: two screens with the same filter now show the same total.
Labels
- editing a label group removes the label that was actually clicked, not the first one in the list.
Interface
- the scroll position is preserved when returning to on-demand lists — news, search, purchase orders — and when returning to an equipment record tab.
