Discover the new features and improvements deployed in Mobility Work in July 2026.
New features
Bulk actions on equipment and spare parts
Archive, unarchive, tag, geolocate, or mass-update thresholds, storage locations and custom fields on your equipment and spare parts — across selections of up to 50,000 items, beyond the visible page. A progress window tracks each item individually and reports what succeeded, was skipped, or failed.
This feature is currently in beta. To enable it on your network or for further information, please contact the team
AI summary on the equipment record
A new "AI Summary" tab on the equipment record automatically summarises the last three months of maintenance history, in the user's language. The summary displays its generation date, can be regenerated at any time, and includes a thumbs-up/thumbs-down rating to flag its relevance.
This feature is currently in beta and available only to French-speaking users. If you are interested in this feature, please contact the team.
New notifications panel
The notifications dropdown and dedicated page are replaced by a single side panel. Filter by category, browse notifications grouped by date, mark them read individually or all at once, and enable browser notifications directly from the panel.
News tab in notifications
A "News" tab broadcasts Mobility Work announcements, release notes and product updates directly inside the CMMS. Each item shows a read/unread status, and a badge on the tab signals unread content.
Two-week view in the scheduler
A new "Two-week" view offers a sliding schedule in daily columns, focused on the near term: today minus three days and the following two weeks. It avoids scrolling through the 92 days of the Month view to see immediate activity.
This feature is currently in beta. To enable it on your network or for further information, please contact the team
Mandatory corrective task on checklist non-conformity
A network setting can require the creation of a corrective task whenever a mandatory validation point is marked non-conformant. Neither the checklist nor the associated task can be closed until that corrective action exists.

Default assignees at task creation
Default assignees configured at the network level are automatically pre-filled when creating a task, for all roles, and remain fully editable.
- When creating a task, the network's default assignees are pre-filled automatically but remain fully editable (add / remove freely).
- An explanatory note signals that these assignees come from the network settings and can be changed. It disappears as soon as the selection is modified.
- An info banner reminds users, at task creation and when editing assignees, that default assignees can be configured at the network level. Its link opens the settings in a new tab (no more losing work in progress).
Task creation form as cards
The sections of the task creation form are now displayed as titled cards, each with a "required" or "optional" badge to guide data entry.
Timeline display filters saved with favourites
The timeline display type checkboxes (activities, equipment, tasks) have moved into the filters panel and are saved with stored filters. The selection is no longer lost on page reload.
Spare parts forecasts: remembered period and shareable links
The last period viewed in spare parts forecasts is remembered and restored on next opening. Shared links keep the period as a relative value (e.g. "the next 30 days") rather than freezing the dates at the time of sharing. The range is capped at three months.
Improvements and bug fixes
Spare parts
- consumption records predating 2022 linked to a task are again visible in the stock history,
- deleting an activity no longer clears the associated stock movement line,
Scheduler and calendar
- tasks assigned to a team now appear on each team member's personal row,
- smoother display and scrolling in the scheduler.
Tasks
- the date picker reopens correctly after a date has been selected.
Custom fields
- custom field values are copied when duplicating a piece of equipment.
Purchase orders
- a basket line can be deleted again,
- the expected date picker stays open when navigating between months.
