New features
AI summary open to all
An "AI Summary" tab on the equipment sheet summarizes the intervention history of the last three months in the user's language, with a generation date, regeneration, and thumbs up/down vote.
Refined exact search mode
Exact search mode now only applies to equipment identity fields (name, reference, serial number). A search that previously returned hundreds of results due to a matching custom field now only returns actual matches.
Checklist performance indicators
Checklists now expose a completion rate and a compliance rate, with a breakdown by step and a period selector. Checklist performance can be consulted directly in the product, without any export.
Checklist export to CSV and Excel
The checklist list can be exported to CSV and Excel, for range review, audit or archiving purposes.
Photos embedded in the PDF intervention report
Photos attached to a task are now embedded directly in its PDF report. The document sent to the client includes visual proof of the intervention, without a separate attachment. Any images that could not be embedded are flagged in the report.
Label exclusion filter on tasks and activities
A label exclusion filter lets you remove results carrying a given label — archive, subcontracting, tests — without having to list the labels you want to keep. This feature was already available on equipment and is now available on tasks and activities.
Reload prompt on new version
When a new version is deployed, a prompt invites users to reload the page, offering to save any work in progress first. It remains accessible after an initial dismissal and does not cause data loss.
Already-added parts hidden in the activity selector
The parts selector in the activity form no longer shows parts that have already been added, consistent with the behaviour on task and maintenance plan forms.
Webhooks — stock threshold crossed from an external source
Stock threshold crossings are now reported via webhook on synchronisations coming from an external source, not only on manually entered movements.
Partners API — Spare parts upsert
Enabling the spare parts upsert endpoint for a network is now immediate and reversible, without waiting for a production deployment. A request body can also be validated without writing any data, so integrations can be tested without polluting network data. The batch limit increases from 100 to 10,000 entries.
Improvements and bug fixes
Spare parts
- exported quantities match the stock actually displayed on screen,
- a stock movement is dated to when it actually occurred, not when it was entered: analyses over a past period are no longer skewed by late entries,
- search by item code works again in all spare part dropdowns: task creation, activity, part requirements, maintenance plans, purchase orders and analytics.
Schedule and planner
- the monthly planner view positions itself on the requested month, not the current one: viewing a past month's schedule works again,
- a reassigned maintenance plan retains the technicians and teams from its recurrence rule: future occurrences no longer disappear from the schedule,
- a cancelled task that is restored remains cancelled in the schedule,
- a task moves to in-progress as soon as its checklist is started or its first activity is recorded.
Search
- fuzzy search now requires all entered words and no longer tolerates approximation on a quoted value: a search for "motor 400V" returns items written "400 V" without pulling in every component carrying the same voltage,
- exact mode can again return results for multi-word searches,
- an empty keyword no longer returns the entire network,
- the search screen no longer crashes when the browser interrupts a request in progress — a systematic issue under Firefox.
Analytics
- cost centre and tag filters now correctly apply to spare part expenses: the total shown matches the filtered scope, not the entire network,
- clearing the period no longer empties the expenses screen.
Tasks
- label groups and standalone labels are now displayed in alphabetical order,
- clearing a task's description leaves the field empty instead of inserting a spurious value.
Maintenance plans
- a plan's detail view shows the actual stock and location of its parts, and remains accessible — including parts and checklist — even for a part created via API or import.
Spare parts forecasts
- the custom period tab link accurately reflects the memorised period,
- the first requested day is preserved regardless of the network's time zone,
- faster display on high-volume networks.
- an SSO login failure redirects the user to the login page with a clear message, where they can fall back to password login,
- error messages follow the selected language.
Other
- a file whose name contains accented characters downloads correctly,
- a language change is reflected in form and dialog labels that were previously frozen at screen open,
- improved response times on networks with many users.
