How to Check the Stock of a Spare Part

Available for:

• Roles: Administrator, Technician, Production
• Plans: Starter, Premium, On demand

Checking from the Search Page

1. Go to the Spare Parts tab.
2. Enter a keyword to search for the desired part.
3. In the results, hover over the part to see detailed stock information.

Checking from the Part’s Detail Page

• Click on the part to open its full detail page.
• You will find:
  • Storage location
  • Current stock amount
  • Minimum and maximum stock if entered
  • Unit price and currency
  • Replenishment lot

This view also allows you to verify all information related to the part before performing a replenishment or inventory.
