Who can delete an activity?
For security and traceability reasons, an activity can only be deleted by the user who created it or by a network administrator.
⚠️ Other users, even if they have access to the task, cannot delete the activity.
Steps to delete an activity
Open the relevant task
Access the task that contains the activity you want to delete.
Locate the activity to delete
Each activity is listed chronologically from newest to oldest.
Click the delete button
The button is only visible if you are authorized to delete the activity. It usually looks like this:
Confirm the deletion
A confirmation message will appear to prevent accidental deletion. Confirm to permanently delete the activity.
Important points
- Permanent deletion: Once deleted, the activity cannot be recovered. Make sure the deletion is necessary.
- Traceability: Only the creator and the administrator can delete the activity, ensuring that all actions on a task remain traceable.
- Impact on tasks and parts: If the activity includes recorded spare parts or counters, deleting it will reverse the associated stock movements.
