What filters are available for my activity search?
By default, the Activity User filter is preselected for the logged-in user, and the period is set to Today.
You can explore all available tasks or apply filters by status. Simply deselect the undesired statuses; by default, all statuses are included (point 1 in the photo below).
You also have the option to view individual task activities outside of a maintenance plan, those that are part of a maintenance plan, or all tasks combined (point 2).
For precise searching, you can enter the unique task ID (point 3).
Tasks can be filtered by assigned individuals (point 4) or by those who have intervened in the activities (point 5).
If you select two or more people, you can decide if you want tasks where all persons are assigned or have intervened (And option) or at least one of them (Or option).
You can list only tasks associated with specific labels (point 6). When selecting two or more labels, a small button will appear on the right, allowing you to specify if you want to display tasks that contain all selected labels (And option) or at least one of the labels (Or option).
You can select one or more specific pieces of equipment to display only corresponding tasks (point 7), or choose a cost center to get a list of associated tasks.
Finally, you can filter by the task scheduling period (point 8). Several options are available to make the handling easier (today, yesterday, this week, last week, this month, last month, or your custom choice). Be sure to confirm your choice by clicking the Ok button at the bottom of the dedicated window, then click on the Apply Filters button.
Once your filters are selected, you have the option to save them if you perform this search regularly. To do so, click the Save Filters button located on the right. You can then apply these filters with a single click in your future searches by accessing the options in the Saved Filters section.
