For security reasons, as activities are assigned to individuals and are personal, only the participant of the activity will be able to modify it.
Only administrators and technicians can assign a colleague to an activity. This action will generate a specific activity for their colleague. However, they will not be able to enter details such as meter readings, additional costs, or whether a spare part was retrieved for their colleague. Only the assigned colleague can update this information for their own activity.
If the user enters a counter, a spare part, or an additional cost, it will be added only to their own activity, and not to that of the technician.
The network administrator has the ability to delete the activities of other members but cannot modify them.
We are constantly working to improve the security measures of the application. Therefore, we have deemed it appropriate not to allow modifications to others' activities in order to respect legal considerations.
