If a measure does not appear when creating a measure-triggered maintenance plan, this may be due to two factors: the measure type and the measure status.
Measure Type
Only digital measures can be used for usage-based maintenance plans, because the system must mathematically compare readings to thresholds to automatically generate tasks.
Measures with a textual unit cannot automatically trigger tasks and therefore do not appear in the list of available measures.
How to Check the Measure Type?
Open the Measures page from the Measures menu. The unit type will be displayed in the dedicated column.
If a text measure is already used in existing readings, it is recommended to create new digital measures to fully take advantage of this feature.
Measure Status
Archived measures cannot be used to create new maintenance plans.
To ensure a measure is active, check that it appears in your measures list.
To view archived measures, check the box “Show archived measures” above the table. Archived measures will appear crossed out in the list.
If the measure is archived, you can restore it or create a new active measure.
