The tag group tab is available in the Tags menu.
Tag groups allow you to group several tags into a single category.
For example, you could have a Type of Intervention group with tags such as: corrective maintenance, preventive maintenance, improvement maintenance; or even intervention categories: mechanical, electrical, welding, etc.
To create a tag group, simply click on the Tags tab. There, you can click on Tags Group and then on Create a Group.
Then, you just need to:
- Define the name of the tag group;
- Select the different tags you want to add to this group;
- Choose if only one tag from the group can be selected when creating equipment or a task;
- Specify if selecting a tag is mandatory when creating a task.
Once that's done, just save the tag group.
When creating a task, mandatory tags will be displayed with an asterisk, indicating that a tag from the group must be selected by default.
