How to modify a label?
If a label needs to be modified, the user can do so by going to the Labels menu and clicking on the Edit button next to each label in the Labels tab.
After the modification, all interventions, equipment, and users with that label will be automatically updated. This also applies to all historical interventions.
Label code
When creating labels, when the user fills in the name of the label, the application automatically adds the default code for this label. It corresponds to the value entered by the user in the Name field, but without uppercase letters and spaces.
The code is used during integrations. For example, if you want to add a label to all equipment, the code will be used in the import file, not the label's name.
The code is editable, and you can assign a different value from the name if you have a specific use case.
However, if you have ongoing integrations that rely on the label code, we advise you not to change the code to avoid issues with broken links in your integrations.
How to modify the color of labels?
To improve clarity and readability, it is possible to add a color code to labels, for example, to categorize them.
Go to the Labels tab in the application, click on the paintbrush icon to modify the color, and confirm. The changes will immediately appear in the news feed.
How to delete a label?
If you no longer use a label, it can be deleted.
Go to the Labels menu, then the Labels tab, and click the trash can icon.
Note that this action is irreversible. Once a label is deleted, it cannot be restored, and it will automatically be removed from all tasks, equipment, checklists, and users it was linked to.
