How to manage the network address book for purchase orders?

The network address book centralizes the billing and shipping addresses used in your purchase orders. Saved addresses are automatically suggested when creating a purchase order and appear in the exported PDF.

Access the address book

  1. Open Network Settings from the main menu.
  2. Select the Address Book section.
  3. The list of saved addresses is displayed.

Add an address

  1. Click Add Address.

  2. Complete the form fields:

  3. Optionally check:
    • Set as default billing address — automatically pre-filled in new purchase orders.
    • Set as default shipping address — automatically pre-filled as the shipping address.
  4. Click Add address.

Set a default address

Each address can be marked as a Default Billing Address and/or a Default Shipping Address:

  • From the list, open the address action menu.
  • Select Set as Default Billing Address or Set as Default Shipping Address.
  • The previously selected default address automatically loses its default status.

Default addresses are automatically pre-filled when creating a new purchase order.

Edit an address

  1. Click the address you want to edit in the list.
  2. The edit form opens with the current values.
  3. Update the desired fields and save.

Delete an address

  1. From the address action menu, click Delete address.
  2. Confirm the deletion.

⚠️

Deletion is permanent. Existing purchase orders retain the address information that was saved when they were created.

Using addresses in purchase orders

When creating or editing a purchase order with Draft status, you can select:

  • A Billing Address (Bill To)
  • A Shipping Address (Ship To)

These addresses are included in the exported purchase order PDF.

⚠️

Once the purchase order is confirmed, addresses can no longer be modified.
