Saved searches are available on pages that offer search filters (for example: tasks, equipment, requests, etc.).
How can I tell if filters are applied on the page?
The pill next to the Filters button shows if filters are applied. The number in the pill corresponds to the number of filters applied.
How to disable a filter?
To disable filters, click the X button next to the filter you wish to remove. If you want to remove all filters at once, you can click the Clear Filters button.
Save a search
When you regularly use the same filters to display certain data, you can save your search to avoid configuring the filters each time you open the page. A saved search is specific to the user account that created it.
To save a search:
- Apply the desired filters on the page.
- Click Save filters.
- Enter a name for your search.
- Save it.
The search will then appear in the list of saved searches.
When a search is active, it appears highlighted.
Activate a saved search
To apply a saved search:
- Click the name of the search.
- The corresponding filters will be applied automatically.
The search becomes active, and the displayed results match the saved filters.
Deactivate a saved search
If a search is active but you want to display all data without deleting the search, use the Clear filters button.
The page will update to display all unfiltered data, while keeping the saved search available for future use.
In this case, the search appears greyed out, which means it is not active.
Delete a saved search
To permanently delete a saved search: click the X next to the search name.
The search will then be removed from the list of saved searches.
Modify a saved search
If you want to modify a saved search (for example by adding or removing filters), follow these steps:
- Activate the search you want to modify by clicking its name.
- Adjust the desired filters.
- Click Save filters.
- Enter a name for the new search.
- Delete the old search if you no longer need it.
Any change to the filters (adding or removing filters) is considered a new search.
If you do not click Save filters, the changes will not be saved.
