Available for
- Roles: Administrator, Technician, Production, Service Provider
- Plans: Starter, Premium, On-demand
The Teams feature allows you to group your employees based on various criteria, such as their specializations, qualifications, or even production and expertise. This enables you to assign tasks more strategically, ensuring that each task is carried out by the most suitable person.
- By sector: Form teams according to specific fields (e.g., Maintenance, Quality, Logistics).
- By technical skill: Assign tasks requiring specific skills to certified or experienced teams (e.g., welders, automation engineers, electricians, mechanics).
- By level of expertise: Organize employees based on their experience and know-how, ensuring that complex tasks are assigned to the most qualified individuals.
Teams allow you to assign tasks or maintenance plans without worrying about the colleagues who will carry them out.
Assignment becomes flexible: you can easily update your team by adding or removing members as needed. When a team is assigned to multiple tasks, there is no need to modify it every time in each task or maintenance plan. You just need to adjust the team members, and these changes will automatically apply wherever the team is used.
Difference between user group and team
The User Group feature allows you to group users based on a label (team, skill, organizational unit, etc.), so they can be easily added to a task or maintenance plan. However, users are added individually, and it’s not possible to handle these assignments in bulk (adding, removing, modifying) within tasks or maintenance plans.
The Team feature enables you to create dynamic user groups, whose members can be modified easily. Changes made to a team are automatically reflected in all associated tasks or maintenance plans.
Labels can be used to refer to both users and teams.
