In Mobility Work, the Tasks tab on a specific equipment page represents an organized view of all tasks associated with that equipment. Here is what this tab generally represents:
-
List of Associated Tasks: The Tasks tab displays all tasks that have been created and are linked to this specific piece of equipment. These tasks may include planned interventions (preventive maintenance) or unplanned repairs (corrective maintenance).
-
Task Details: Each task listed in this tab will have details such as the task description, planned start and end dates, and the current status of the task (planed, ongoing, done, etc.).
-
Tracking and Managing Interventions: Users can use this tab to track all maintenance and repair activities that have been performed on the equipment. This helps keep a record of intervention history and plan future actions based on identified needs. If a task has activity, the details are accessible via the corresponding button on the right.
-
Coordination and Communication: This tab also facilitates coordination between maintenance teams and technicians in the field. It can serve as a central point where technicians can see assigned tasks or update the status of ongoing work.
The tab offers the option to filter displayed tasks by their status (completed, in progress, or all), as well as to organize them by planned date. It also allows searching for specific tasks based on their description.
