When creating a maintenance plan, you have the option to add as many pieces of equipment as necessary. This flexibility allows you to create multiple identical plans at once for each piece of equipment while customizing the maintenance for each device.
For example, if you add 10 pieces of equipment to a maintenance plan, the system will automatically generate 10 distinct maintenance plans, each linked to a specific piece of equipment. Each plan will be identical in structure but applied to the corresponding equipment. It is important to note that there is no limit to the number of pieces of equipment you can add to a plan, offering great organizational freedom.
However, once the maintenance plan has been created and the equipment has been assigned, it will no longer be possible to modify the equipment associated with the plan. Any changes will need to be made by creating a new plan if necessary.
This feature allows you to optimize the management of your equipment by simplifying the scheduling and execution of maintenance tasks. It also ensures precise and separate tracking for each piece of equipment, even when they are grouped under the same maintenance plan.
