To access the maintenance plan search, open the Maintenance Plans menu from the navigation bar.
This page allows you to display all existing plans and refine the results using filters to quickly find a specific plan.
What information is displayed in the list?
Each row corresponds to a maintenance plan and displays the following information:
- Maintenance plan
- plan name
- frequency (generation rule)
- assigned users or teams
- Associated equipment
- Stock status
- 🟢 Green indicator if all associated parts have a stock ≥ the required quantity (sufficient stock for the next occurrence).
- 🔴 Red indicator if at least one part has a stock < the required quantity (insufficient stock).
- No indicator if no parts are associated with the plan.
- Trigger (generation type)
- Next due date
- the date of the next task
- a color code indicates its status
- the date is clickable to open the related task
Quick actions
Action buttons are available on the right side of each row:
- 👁️ Open the plan
⏸️ Pause the plan
(or ▶️ Restart if it is paused)
- 📦 Archive the plan
- 📄 Duplicate the plan
What filters are available?
You can refine the list of plans using the following filters:
Trigger
Filter by trigger type (dropdown menu) to display only plans corresponding to the selected generation mode.
Plan status
Allows you to display only plans that are:
- Active
- Paused
- Archived
Additional options
Regulatory only
Displays only plans marked as regulatory.
Overdue only
Displays only plans whose next due date has passed.
Equipment
Select one or more pieces of equipment to display only the associated plans.
Assigned
Filter plans by:
- a user
- a team
Labels
Displays only plans containing specific labels.
Cost center
Displays plans linked to a specific cost center.
