The integration solutions offered by Mobility Work are designed to simplify and optimize maintenance management and spare parts inventory.
Mobility Work offers several types of integrations.
API
Mobility Work provides an API for optimal data management, making it easier to create, update, and automatically synchronize your data. It also allows seamless integration with other systems, such as ERPs, MES, PDCA, and more, ensuring increased consistency and efficiency in your business processes.
These APIs offer the possibility to create and update information on your equipment or spare parts, update your spare parts inventory, create tasks, and manage the locations of your spare parts.
Please note that this solution only allows data transfer from a third-party system to Mobility Work.

To use it, you will need to obtain an API key from your Account Manager.
Webhooks
Webhooks are an efficient way to stay informed in real-time about any events occurring in the application.
We are continuously working to expand the webhook coverage to include more events.
Here are some examples of use cases possible with webhooks:
- Receive an email or a message in a Teams group when a task is created or canceled.
- Send a message in a Teams group when a part is out of stock or below the minimum threshold.
- Notify a manager when a task is started.
- Log all task activities in a database.
- Inform a third-party system about the consumption of spare parts.

Native ERP Integration
A native integration with your ERP requires a tailored approach due to the diversity of available solutions and the specifics of your Information System (IS).
We aim to provide the best possible performance. However, to ensure an optimal user experience, it is essential that your system’s API is performant and ensures regular data updates.
We prefer standard solutions for a quick and cost-effective implementation. For example, we can perform a Native SAP integration via SAP NetWeaver RFC for compatible versions at no extra cost. However, if you choose a non-standard solution, the development will require a customized quote.
IoT / MES / Automated Meter Reading and Condition-Based Maintenance
Our API allows the creation of a task (outside the maintenance plan) associated with an equipment, with the same capabilities as the web interface or mobile app.
In addition to this task creation API, you can activate a webhook to be notified when a task is completed (see the previous section).
We are planning the implementation of a complete IoT integration solution, allowing you to configure a rule engine based on data captured by your IoT sensors to automate the triggering of task creation.
Data Connector
Our data connector opens up a wide range of possibilities by giving you access to numerous database tables containing your network’s maintenance data.
This information can be viewed through a Business Intelligence interface or simply integrated into Microsoft Excel via an ODBC connection.
In-depth analysis of this data provides essential insights into equipment performance, maintenance trends, and opportunities for improvement.
By cross-referencing this data with other relevant sources, such as MES systems or other Mobility Work networks, you can gain a comprehensive overview to optimize your maintenance programs and ensure the continuous availability of your equipment.
