The "Task status" menu in the Dashboard, accessible at the top left of the screen, is divided into three tabs:
- users,
- tags,
- cost centers.
This menu has been designed to view archived, started or overdue tasks according to the three categories mentioned above.
As for the other menus, you have a filter panel to refine your search. You can also click on the task legend (completed tasks, started tasks, overdue tasks) to display, for example, the data concerning a single type of task.
As a reminder:
- completed tasks (in green) are those where all actions have been performed, and therefore marked as completed and archived;
- started tasks (in yellow) are those that have at least one recorded activity;
- overdue tasks (in red) are those that are past their scheduled date and have no activity performed.
After selecting your filters, the chart will display a summary of the tasks in your network with their status, represented with the equivalent color codes. In this case, each bar in the chart corresponds to one of the 10 most used tags in the network, with the total number of associated tasks, divided by status.
