The Task Status menu on the Dashboard, located at the top left of the screen, is divided into three tabs:
- Users,
- Tags,
- Cost Centers.
This menu is designed to view tasks based on different statuses:
- Cancelled,
- Planned,
- Done,
- Ongoing,
- Late, and
- Late and started.
As with the Task Analysis menu, you have a filter panel to refine your search. You can also click on the legend of the tasks to display, for example, data for only one type (status) of task.
As a reminder:
- Tasks done (green) are those where all actions have been completed, and they are marked as finished.
- Canceled tasks (gray).
- Planned tasks (dark gray) are those planned for the future and have not yet been carried out.
- Ongoing tasks (purple) are those with at least one recorded activity.
- Late tasks (red) are those that have exceeded their scheduled date and have no recorded activities or an incomplete checklist.
- Late and started tasks (orange) are those that are overdue but have at least one activity recorded or have started a checklist.
Once you’ve applied your desired filters, you can access the summary graph of tasks, showing their respective statuses with distinct color codes. This section focuses on tracking task statuses as well as users. Each bar in this chart represents one of the top 10 most active users in the network, with the total number of tasks assigned to them, categorized by status.
