It is possible that the Zendesk help bubble in your Mobility Work CMMS is not appearing, or no longer appears.
There are several reasons why the Zendesk "Help" bubble might not show up in your CMMS, such as browser settings or an ad blocker.
To reactivate it, we recommend disabling your ad blocker, or at a minimum, allowing the Zendesk application, then reloading your page.
