The Mobility Work CMMS mobile app allows you to take bulk meter readings, automatically associating each reading with a task and an activity. This feature is designed to simplify your meter reading rounds.

How to take my meter readings in bulk?

1. Go to the left sidebar menu and click on Counters, Multi Counter Readings.

2. Equipment scan: Click on Scan your equipment to scan the equipment's QR code. If your machines don't have QR codes, you can manually select the equipment by clicking the + in the top-right corner of the screen.

   

3. After scanning or selecting the equipment, a Counter page will open. Select the desired meter and enter the reading. To add multiple meters to the same equipment, click + Counter.

4. Once all readings are done, click on + Add Counter Value.

5. Repeat this process for each piece of equipment to be read. Once finished, proceed to the next step.

   

How to automatically create the associated tasks?

1. After completing all the readings, click on Create task.

   

2. The task creation screen will appear, followed by the creation of activities. Enter the necessary information (make sure to use generic content, as the tasks will be identical for all selected equipment, and the activities will be the same for all recorded values). Confirm the creation by clicking on Save.

3. You will be redirected to a loading screen. Once the loading is complete, all created tasks will be visible on your network's news feed.
