What filters are available for my task search?
You can perform your search by using a keyword corresponding to the task description or the task ID from the main bar (point 1 in the photo above).
You can explore all available tasks or apply filters by status. Simply deselect the undesired statuses; by default, all statuses are included (point 2).
You can also choose to view individual tasks outside of a maintenance plan, those that are part of a maintenance plan, or all tasks combined (point 3).
Tasks can be filtered by assigned persons and teams (point 4) or by those who have intervened in the activities (point 5). Additionally, you can sort tasks by their creator (point 6).
If you choose two or more persons, you can decide whether you want tasks where all persons are assigned or intervened (And option) or at least one of them (Or option).
You can list only tasks associated with specific tags (point 7). When selecting two or more tags, a small button will appear on the right, allowing you to specify if you want to display tasks that contain all selected tags (And option) or at least one of the tags (Or option).
You can select one or more specific pieces of equipment to display only corresponding tasks (point 8), or choose a cost center to get a list of associated tasks.
Finally, you can filter by the task scheduling period. Several options are available for easier handling (today, yesterday, this week, last week, this month, last month, or your custom choice). Be sure to confirm your selection by clicking the Ok button available at the bottom of the dedicated window.
Once your filters are selected, you have the option to save them if you regularly perform this search. To do so, click the Save filters button located on the right. You can then apply these filters with a single click in your future searches by accessing the options in the Saved filters section.
