To access task search:
- Open the Tasks menu in the left sidebar.
- Use the search bar to enter a keyword.
In the results list, you can view the following information:
- Task ID
- Task description
- Time spent on activities
- Scheduled date
- Associated labels
- Equipment image
- Equipment name
- Cost center
- Assignees (colleagues and teams)
- Task status
Using task search filters
Several filters are available to refine your search.
Search tasks by keyword
Use the main search bar (point 1 in the image) to search for a task by:
- description
- task ID
Filter tasks by status
By default, all statuses are selected (point 2). To refine your search, deselect the statuses you do not want to display. The task list will update automatically.
Filter tasks by task type
You can display:
- only individual tasks (outside a maintenance plan)
- only tasks generated from a maintenance plan
- all tasks
Filter tasks by users
You can filter tasks by:
- assigned people or teams (4)
- users who participated in activities (5)
- the task creator (6)
When multiple users are selected, two options are available:
And: Shows tasks where all selected users are involved.
Or: Shows tasks where at least one selected user is involved.
Filter tasks by tags
You can display only tasks associated with one or more tags (7).
When multiple tags are selected:
And: The task must contain all selected labels. Or: The task must contain at least one selected label.
Filter tasks by equipment or cost center
You can also:
- select one or more pieces of equipment (8)
- choose a cost center (9)
Only the corresponding tasks will be displayed.
Filter tasks by scheduling period
You can filter tasks based on their scheduled period (10).
Available options:
- Today
- Yesterday
- This week
- Last week
- This month
- Last month
- Custom period
After selecting the desired period, click OK to confirm.
Important: A task appears in the results if it overlaps with the selected period.
This means it will appear if:
- its start date is earlier than the end of the selected period
- its end date is later than the beginning of the selected period
Example: If you search for tasks scheduled between March 1 and March 7, a task starting on February 28 and ending on March 3 will appear because it is active during part of the selected period.
