Tasks are classified as follows: planned, ongoing, late and started, late, done, and canceled.
Planned interventions appear in dark gray in the activity feed. This allows you to easily identify tasks that have been created and scheduled for a future date.
Ongoing tasks are shown in purple. This means that they were started on the scheduled date, and an activity has been added. These tasks are currently being worked on and are not yet completed.
A late and started task is displayed in orange in the feed. This indicates that the task was started after the planned date, justifying its late status. A task with this status means that at least one activity has been added to the intervention.
In contrast, a late task appears in red. This status signals that a task has passed its scheduled date, and no action has been taken so far.
Canceled tasks are those that have been removed from the schedule. These tasks are no longer to be addressed, and the user has chosen to exclude them from the list of tasks to be processed.
Finally, a done task appears in green. This indicates that all actions in the task have been completed. At this stage, no further activities can be added. Only the network administrator can unarchive the task if necessary.
