If you wish to print a task for physical tracking or to share it with a colleague, you need to access the task in question and click on the printer icon available at the top right of the page.
The print process will occur automatically, and you will be notified in the notification space once it is ready for viewing. Simply click on the notification to choose one of the options on the right:
- View the printed task in a separate tab
- Download the file as a PDF
You can use the document in meetings or for field follow-ups.
What information is included in the printed document?
Once your task report is printed, you will find:

The Intervention Report section, which contains:
- Task description
- Image (if available)
- Planned task date and time
- Equipment
- Assigned users
- Labels
- Time spent
- Task ID

The Spare Parts to be Provided section, if filled out, with:
- The part to be provided
- The planned quantity
- The quantity used

The Checklist section
This section contains the full description and name of the checklist, with:
- Step number
- Step description
- Entered value
- Person who completed the step
- Comments

The Activities section
This section contains all the activities carried out within the task. The available information includes:
- Date and time of the activity
- Time spent on the activity
- Participant
- Activity description
- Spare parts used with their quantity
- Recorded counters with their values
Finally, there is space for a signature and date to be added post-print.
Printing tasks in Mobility Work allows you to keep a physical record of your interventions and facilitates communication within your team.
