On the task sheet, the following information can be found:

Intervention Status: This updates automatically based on the scheduled date of the task. For example, if the date is in the future, the active task will have the status Planned. If the date has passed, the status will automatically change to Late. If the task has started, the status will be Ongoing, etc.

Task ID;

Scheduled Date: the planned date for the intervention.
If you miss the scheduled date, the task will appear on the homepage in the late tasks widget.

Assigned Users: all the people and teams assigned to the intervention. Clicking on a team opens the modal on the right to view its members, without leaving the task page.
There is no limit on the number of people assigned to a task, and the task creator is assigned by default.
It is possible to assign multiple users or a group of users by clicking the button on the right. You can select the desired label(s), and all users with that label will be assigned to the task.

Tags: used to categorize interventions.
This could be a maintenance intervention class (electrical, boilermaking, mechanical, etc.), a type of intervention (preventive, corrective, improvement, etc.), an urgency level, a production stoppage, a safety label, etc.
Tags are important because they allow you to get statistics on your maintenance interventions or filter a set of data.

Task Description: describes an issue or action to be performed.
For example, a technician might describe a task as "pump out of service," while a production manager might describe the following request: "request for the addition of a safety barrier on ABB IRB 6400 robot."

Spare Parts to Provide: the spare parts necessary for the intervention.
They ensure availability and responsiveness during interventions. This helps reduce downtime, optimize maintenance, and ensure smooth equipment operation.

Checklist: a verification list.
A checklist created to ensure that necessary steps in a procedure are not forgotten.

Activities Performed: description of an action taken to meet the maintenance request made in the task.

Time Spent on Task: the total time spent on the different activities of the task.

Planned Maintenance Time: time planned for performing maintenance.

Planned Stopped Time: the time during which the machine is out of service.
