Equipment downtime is a major concern for an organization's productivity and safety. A failure can lead to service interruptions, production delays, and additional maintenance costs. It is essential to document each incident thoroughly, analyze the causes of the failure, and plan for necessary repairs.
Mobility Work provides an efficient solution through a counter that allows you to track the downtime related to each intervention.
To get started, create a counter called Downtime. For more details on creating counters, please refer to this article. Note that only an administrator can create a counter.
Once the counter is created in your network, you can use it to record the details of your intervention.
It is important to create a task that describes the incident, and then create an activity associated with it to detail the intervention carried out.
In the activity (intervention) section, you will need to add the counter you created earlier and indicate the downtime duration. To learn how to proceed, please refer to this guide.
