The Spare Parts dashboard allows you to track stock movements and the value of your spare parts inventory.
From this tab, you can:
- view incoming and outgoing spare parts
- analyze stock movements over a selected period
- visualize the value of your inventory
- export data to create reports
Stock valuation
The Stock valuation section allows you to easily view the total value of your inventory for each currency used.
The value is calculated independently for each currency using the following formula:
Stock value = Sum (unit price × current stock)
In other words, for each spare part:
(Part price × Current stock)
The total stock value corresponds to the sum of all available spare parts.
Filter spare parts movements
You can use search filters to analyze spare parts movements according to different criteria:
- Date range
- Cost center
- Spare part
- Technician
- Related equipment
These filters allow you to obtain specific information about stock movements.
Understanding the movement summary
Based on the selected filters, a summary of spare parts movements is displayed.
This summary includes:
- the total quantity of parts issued during the selected period
- the total cost of parts issued during this period
- the total quantity of parts restocked during the period
- the total cost of parts restocked
Data is always displayed in comparison with the previous period of the same duration. The values of the previous period are shown in parentheses to make comparison easier.
For example: If you select a period from 20/05 to 27/05, the data will be compared with the period from 13/05 to 20/05. This makes it easier to identify changes in spare parts consumption or restocking.
