To update your password, select your username in the top bar of the app, then click on Preferences and then Security. You will be redirected to the password change interface.
Reminder:
- Choose strong passwords (long, complex with uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters (* % ! @ etc.), and most importantly, unique for each account).
- Use a password manager (secure online password manager) to store all this information safely, which also allows the use of unique passwords.
- We recommend that you regularly update your passwords and establish a password renewal policy.

I lost my password, how can I reset it without logging into the app?
If you have lost or forgotten your password and cannot log into the app, you can use the "forgot password" procedure on the login page: https://app.mobility-work.com/en/login.
The app will ask you to provide the email address associated with your account.
After entering and validating your address, you will receive a new temporary password via email. You can then log into your account and change it from there.
⚠️ If you are a user without an address, meaning you are using a fictitious email address, please contact your administrator to request a password reset from support.
