From your Preferences area, you can manage all information related to your user account: personal details, email address, password, and account deletion.
To access these settings:
- Click your name in the top-right corner of the screen.
- Select Preferences.
Update my personal information
In the User profile tab, you can update:
- your first and last name;
- your email address;
- your phone number;
- your profile picture.
After making changes, make sure to click Save.
How do I change my first and last name?
- Open the User profile tab.
- Edit the First name and/or Last name fields.
- Click Save.
How do I change my email address?
- In the User profile tab, edit the Email address field.
- Click Save.
Make sure the email address entered is valid and accessible, as it may be used for login and notifications.
How do I change my password?
Go to the Security tab:
- Enter your current password.
- Enter your new password.
- Confirm it.
- Click Save.
For security reasons, we recommend using a password that includes a combination of letters, numbers, and special characters.
How do I delete my user account?
In the Control tab, you can delete your account.
⚠️ This action is permanent and irreversible.
Consequences:
- Your activities, tasks, and actions will be anonymized.
- Your profile picture will be deleted.
To confirm deletion:
- Type DELETE in the required field.
- Confirm the deletion.
This confirmation step helps prevent accidental deletion.
