To manage your account information, you can access Preferences located under your name at the top right of your screen. This option is available at any time when you're logged into your account.
How to change my personal information?
Once you've clicked on Preferences, several tabs will be available. The first tab is User Profile. In this tab, you can change several personal details, such as your first and last name, email address, phone number, and profile picture. Be sure to keep this information up to date for a better user experience.
How can I change my password?
You can change your password in the Security tab. For security reasons, it is recommended to change it regularly. Make sure to choose a strong password that contains a combination of letters, numbers, and symbols.
How can I delete my user account?
The last tab is the Control tab. This tab gives you the option to delete your account. This action is irreversible, so think carefully before proceeding. Once your account is deleted, all your activities, tasks, and actions will be anonymized. Additionally, your profile picture will be deleted.
To avoid accidental account deletions, a security measure has been put in place. You will need to enter the word DELETE in the dedicated field to confirm the deletion of your account. This step ensures that the account deletion is a deliberate action, not the result of a mistake.
